Tradewinds Port Elliot has three lovely bedrooms, (no bunks). This includes a spacious master suite upstairs with a Queen sized bed, ensuite, large dressing room and its own balcony. Two further bedrooms (one queen room and one twin room) with their own bathroom are located downstairs off the family room.

At Tradewinds we supply professionally prepared linen, including starched bedlinen and fluffy king sized towels. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath. Enjoy our welcome gift of wine & chocolates & the complimentary kitchen pantry, bathroom and laundry items supplied for your use.

Tradewinds has a superb kitchen with all Smeg appliances including dishwasher, a BBQ and fully ducted r/c air-conditioning. There are also two TV's (one plasma), DVD/Video player, a stereo, and an extensive video library.

Tradewinds also offers both formal and balcony dining with lovely sea views, plus a tiled family room with a billiard table and a fully enclosed secure, peaceful rear garden.

Inclusions	Starched bed linen, king sized fluffy towels, Dunas with covers, bathroom linen, tea towels, items for the kitchen pantry, bathrooms and laundry. A change of linen is supplied for each 7 days during longer bookings. ** Please enquire as to the availability of a late departure (normally 10am), a nominal fee applies.

Specials offered are subject to availability (Sorry, generally not available on SA Long Weekends, from November to March, or during April and October school holidays) .

To confirm your booking a $300* deposit per week booked is required (or $500.00 per week booked for Summer school holidays and Easter) within 48 hours of receiving your booking package. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Please note: Refunds of deposits paid for holidays that were due to commence within 4 weeks from cancellation are refunded at our discretion. This does not include deposits paid on summer school holiday and Easter bookings which are forfeit in the event of a cancellation.

A Fully refundable $500 security bond required on all bookings payable by cheque, bank transfer or credit card (by completing a bond form, conditions apply).
