Sorry Specials are subject to availability at Seaspell and are not available on Friday & Saturday nights, during SA School Holidays or on SA Long Weekends.

To confirm your booking a $300* deposit is required (or $500.00 per week booked for Summer school holidays and $500.00 for Easter) within 48 hours of receiving your booking package. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Please note: Refunds of deposits paid for holidays that were due to commence within 4 weeks from cancellation are refunded at our discretion. This does not include deposits paid on summer school holiday and Easter bookings which are forfeit in the event of a cancellation.

Fully refundable $500 security bond required on all bookings -(payable by cheque, bank transfer or credit card by completing a form-conditions apply).
