This lovely beach house accommodates up to 4 guests and features relaxing decor and furnishings.

Neptune has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, family sized fridge and new european appliances.

There are two bedrooms at Neptune (one queen sized and the other with two single beds-no bunks). We provide professionally prepared linen including starched bedlinen and king sized fluffy towels.

Two couples in your group? This is no problem at Neptune as we are able to convert the twin beds in the second bedroom into a luxurious king sized bed. (* a nominal fee applies).

Neptune has a PLASMA TV, DVD player and a video library. There is a choice of formal or balcony dining with panoramic views of the Port Elliot beachfront.

For your year round comfort at Neptune there is Reverse Cycle Airconditioning and whisper quiet ceiling fans in both of the downstairs bedrooms.

Neptune has a sparkling downstairs bathroom with a corner spa and walk in shower (which is perfect for older guests and children).

Neptune also has a landscaped, fully secure backyard with a verandah and undercover, off street parking is available.

During your stay enjoy our welcome gift of wine & chocolates & the complimentary kitchen pantry, bathroom and laundry items supplied for your use.

A change of linen is supplied for each 7 days during longer bookings. Conversion of the twin beds to a king sized bed on request, once off charge $25.00.

Specials are subject to availability . *If more than one bedroom is required for your stay the tariff reverts to the regular rates per night . Sorry, generally not available on SA Long Weekends, during November-March or during April and October school holidays.

To confirm your booking a $200 deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving your booking package, the balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Please note: Refunds of deposits paid for holidays that were due to commence within 4 weeks from cancellation are refunded at our discretion. This does not include deposits paid on summer school holiday and Easter bookings which are forfeit in the event of a cancellation.

Fully refundable $300 security bond required on all bookings, (payable by cheque, bank transfer or credit card imprint-conditions apply).
