Nautilus Port Elliot. This stylish, modern 4 bedroom beach house accommodates up to 8 guests and features an 8 x 4 billiard table and outstanding furniture and decor.

Nautilus has fully ducted reverse cycle airconditioning for your year round comfort and a superb kitchen with all Smeg appliances including dishwasher, oven and cooktop . There is also a plasma TV, DVD/Video player, 8 x 4 billiard table and an extensive video library.

Nautilus also offers both formal and balcony dining with lovely sea views, plus a tiled family room and a fully enclosed secure, peaceful rear garden.

Nautilus Port Elliot has four lovely bedrooms, (no bunks). This includes a spacious master suite upstairs with a Queen sized bed, ensuite, large dressing room and its own balcony. Three further bedrooms (two queen rooms and one twin room) with their own bathroom are located downstairs.

Four couples in your group? This is no problem at Nautilus as we are able to convert the twin beds in the second bedroom into a luxurious king sized bed. (* a nominal fee applies). This provides three queen rooms and one king room.

At Nautilus we supply professionally prepared linen, including starched bedlinen and fluffy king sized towels. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath. Enjoy our welcome gift of wine & chocolates & the complimentary kitchen pantry, bathroom and laundry items supplied for your use.

Min 2 night stay	$699.00 for 3 bedrooms (6 guests) plus $100.00 for the 4th bedroom for up to 2 additional guests . Conversion of the twin beds to a king sized bed on request, $25.00 once off charge. To confirm your booking a $300* deposit per week booked is required (or $500.00 per week booked for Summer school holidays and Easter) within 48 hours of receiving your booking package. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Please note: Refunds of deposits paid for holidays that were due to commence within 4 weeks from cancellation are refunded at our discretion. This does not include deposits paid on summer school holiday and Easter bookings which are forfeit in the event of a cancellation.

A Fully refundable $500 security bond required on all bookings payable by cheque, bank transfer or credit card (by completing a bond form, conditions apply).
