Meridian has many features for your entertainment including a PLASMA TV, books and magazines, a DVD/Video player and an extensive video library.

Meridian enjoy formal or balcony dining with panoramic views of the Port Elliot beachfront, Reverse Cycle Airconditioning, sleep soundly with whisper quiet ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the children will love the landscaped fully enclosed rear garden with lawn and verandah.

Meridian has a fully equipped kitchen with a Miele dishwasher, European appliances, a family sized fridge and filtered water on tap.

Meridian has a lovely downstairs bathroom with a spa and a walk in shower, perfect for older guests and children.

Meridian has two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with three single beds (no bunks). There is also a port a cot at Meridian for the little one in your family.

Meridian has undercover off street parking and is generally pet friendly for one small companion pet (conditions apply). (We are unable to host pet stays during summer school holidays due to an agreement with neighbours).

During your stay enjoy our welcome gift of wine & chocolates & the complimentary kitchen pantry, bathroom and laundry items supplied for your use.

Off Peak	From $975.00pw for a two bedroom stay, for one bedroom stays contact us for pricing.
Inclusions	Starched bed linen, king sized fluffy towels, Dunas with covers, bathroom linen, tea towels, items for the kitchen pantry, bathrooms and laundry. A change of linen is supplied for each 7 days during longer bookings.

Specials are subject to availability . *If more than one bedroom is required for your stay the tariff reverts to the regular rates per night . Sorry, generally not available on SA Long Weekends, during November-March or during April and October school holidays.

To confirm your booking a $200 deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving your booking package, the balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Please note: Refunds of deposits paid for holidays that were due to commence within 4 weeks from cancellation are refunded at our discretion. This does not include deposits paid on summer school holiday and Easter bookings which are forfeit in the event of a cancellation.

Fully refundable $300 security bond required on all bookings, (payable by cheque, bank transfer or credit card imprint-conditions apply).
