Breathtaker: From the moment you walk into one of our homes, you will know that you have made the right choice for your holiday.

Breathtaker sets new standards in beach house holidays with everything you would expect.

Firstly, there are the fantastic sea views of Granite Island to Port Elliot from the lounge, dining, kitchen, master bedroom and even the spa in the upstairs bathroom!

Breathtaker is 50 squares in size, it is generously proportioned and fitted with luxurious appointments.

At Breathtaker there is a 3/4 sized billiard table, two TVs (including a plasma TV in the lounge area), two DVD/Video players, a video library of 50 videos, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a table soccer table.

Breathtaker has fully ducted R/C air conditioning for your year round comfort, a fully equipped kitchen with Miele dishwasher and filtered water on tap, two huge bathrooms (both with double showers and the main with spa). Enjoy under cover balcony dining and the gourmet hooded Weber BBQ.

There are four spacious bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests (all quality linen supplied incuding starched bed linen and fluffy king sized towels). The master suite upstairs has a queen sized bed, full sized bathroom with spa and walk in robe.

At Breathtaker the other three bedrooms are on the ground floor. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and is a private retreat as it has its own comfortable chairs, TV and DVD/Video player.

The third bedroom has two single beds and the fourth bedroom has four single beds.

Three or four couples in your group? No problem at Breathtaker. To accommodate up to four couples we can also convert two of the single beds in the third and fourth bedrooms into luxurious king sized beds (a small charge applies). For your safety and comfort none of our homes have bunk beds.

At Breathtaker there is also a port a cot and a fixed stair gate for the little one in your family.

There is also plenty of off street parking for the family cars, a jet ski or boat at Breathtaker.

The safe swimming Golden Mile Beach is only metres away. Just follow the private path to cross the Historical Cockle Steam Train Railway line (trains on Sundays and during school holidays) and you are on the beautiful beach.

All specials offered are subject to availability (Sorry, generally not available on SA Long Weekends, during November-March, or SA April and October School Holidays).

To confirm your booking a $300* deposit is required (or $500.00 per week booked for Summer school holidays and $500.00 for Easter) within 48 hours of receiving your booking package. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Please note: Refunds of deposits paid for holidays that were due to commence within 4 weeks from cancellation are refunded at our discretion. This does not include deposits paid on summer school holiday and Easter bookings which are forfeit in the event of a cancellation.

Fully refundable $500.00 security bond required on all bookings payable by cheque, bank transfer or credit card (conditions apply).
